In this respect, the 2019 Munich-Berlin Middle East Summer School aims at providing students with a broad understanding of the key political, economic, and societal developments in the contemporary Middle East and of the region’s inter-dependencies and interactions with major countries and regions around the globe. In the seminars, students will be taught by academics and practitioners with long-standing experience in the Middle East in an interactive way. The program also aims at engaging them in a dialogue with students from the region in focus.
